SANASTOF BIANCO is a product made from hydraulic binders, white cement, botticino, kaolin, calcium caseinate, Vichy salt, tartaric acid, ammonium salts and natural fibres. It is a natural product with high intrinsic breathability and does not have traces of resins, solvents, thinners and radioemissive aggregates.
Approximately 1,3 kg/m² of SANASTOF BIANCO for each millimetre of thickness to be implemented (on average 3 - 3,5 kg per square metre).
Breathable finishing coats for wall coverings before painting or applying putty coat or marbled finishes.
Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface".
Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer. Gradually add SANASTOF BIANCO and the water still required, continue to mix until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. Apply with trowel or spatula. The mixing water indicatively necessary is equal to 22-24% by weight (5.5 -6 litres per 25 kg bag).
- Finishing trowel
- Plastering machine
- Cement-based or lime-based mortars
Prolonged moist hardening and the convenient protection of fresh surfaces from direct exposure to sunlight, from the rain and wind, are essential for proper curing.
Any subsequent coatings (painting or coloured plaster layers) should be realised with products that have a value of μ not exceeding 12 (lime putty, potassium silicates or siloxanes).
It is the classic monocomponent finishing coat for artefacts in renovated concrete! Reliable, efficient and easily applied.
REPAR SM FR
Fibre reinforced finishing coat: specifically for non-reinforced finishing of irregular surfaces, where the thickness varies even by many millimetres.
REPAR SM BIC
It is the two-component version of REPAR SM. More workable, more adhesive, more waterproof and moderately deformable.
The ecological version of REPAR SM. Specifically for finishing coats, even reinforced, plaster with a hydraulic lime base.
