Characteristics

The addition of FLUID GROUT to the conglomerates allows to obtain: high workability and fluidity; absence of bleeding and segregation; easy transportability and installation; high degree of control of the hygroscopic shrinkage; high mechanical performance; high intrinsic watertightness; resistance to sulphates, chlorides, leaching water; highly superpozzolanic.

Consumption

From 300 to 500 kg of FLUID GROUT for every cubic metre of mixture to be made.

Use fields

Preparation, with the addition of selected aggregates and water, of concrete, grouts and mortars, rheofluid, anti-leaching, controlled shrinkage and high mechanical and watertightness properties. Production, with the sole addition of water, of superfluid injection grout with high chemical, mechanical and dimensional stability.

Use method

Insert the necessary quantity of FLUID GROUT, aggregates and water provided to obtain a plastic consistency in the mixer. Mix thoroughly, until you obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mixture. Add the water possibly still needed to obtain the desired consistency by providing a further accurate mixing.

Proceed with the installation operations curing the protection and the moist hardening of exposed surfaces.
