Appearance: Liquid + Powder
Epoxy adhesive for fixing reinforcements, and metal elements (preshaped connectors) to wooden structures; consisting of three components: a binder resin (components A and B), to be combined and mixed preliminarily, and a balanced mixture of siliceous meals and wood (component C) to be added in the required amount on a case by case basis to the components A+B. It can be used either in fluid form obtained by mixing the components A and B, or at the different levels of viscosity that can be obtained by varying the amount of the mineral filler added with a maximum aggregate diameter of 1.25 mm, which is component C.
Maximum diameter of aggregate: 1.25 mm
Pot-life: 25 min
Density: 1.08 (±0.1) kg/dm³
Mixing ratio: A:B=100:50 _
Shelf-life: 12 months
Adhesion to the substrate: ≥3 N/m³
Temperature of use: +5/+30 °C

Hard to touch
Not to be diluted
Anchoring metal inserts in wooden structures for subsequent fixing of wire mesh reinforcement, for the construction of low-thickness screeds to reinforce the slab.
The holes in which the mixed product is to be poured should be clean, dry, free of dust, dirt and drilling swarf (sawdust).
Join component B with the component A taking care to pick up all the material contained in the packs, mix thoroughly with a mixer at a low number of revolutions, until you obtain a perfectly homogeneous mixture; add the required load amount (component C) continue to mix until the original homogeneity of the adhesive system is restored. Implement according to the procedures required by the type of intervention: pouring out, trowelling, etc..
N.B.: 1 litre of Ancor Lignum (A+B) can fill up on average 55 holes of Ø 14 mm diameter and 10 cm depth with a steel bar of Ø 10 mm inserted.
- Pour out
- Thinner for resins
Make sure to follow what is reported on the product label. In any case, do not apply to wet and/or dusty surfaces. Apply exclusively within the temperature range provided. Use the product immediately after mixing.
Three-component, epoxy liquid mortar, specifically for the reconstruction of beam heads in worn wood and deteriorated portions, to repair by casting.
SYNTECH AS 31
Loaded epoxy, two-component thixotropic mortar usable for precise repair of modest portions of works in deteriorated wood by applying with a trowel or spatula.
SYNTECH IC 55
Super-fluid, epoxy, two-component mix, also usable as a reinforcement for degraded beams, pillars and manufactured pieces in wood in general, by painting on.
